I'm new, and wanted to be at the meeting. This is my heavy work weekend, and I fell asleep in the chair waiting. Sorry.

I have been online at this site for a few years now, on and off, and I have never been to a meeting here online.

Your best bet is to get to a real-life face to face AA meeting.

Hiya T2S & Rob. I hope you're both well despite the disappointment! I've never attended online either & the times are awkward for me if I ever figure them out. I'm not that motivated too either really as can share here & go to meetings. I have to say there's nothing quite like the real deal of face to face & the other beauty is that you get to make friends, meet new people away from a drink & even, if you're very lucky, meet someone you'd like to take for a Sponsor! I've had mine for as long as I've been sober & credit to her, she's been such an amazing friend, confidante, help & guide. I can lose my tiny mind sometimes & speaking with her really grounds me & sorts me out. Let us know how it's all going for each of you both as we go! Recovery love to you, Danielle x
