Hi Joni!  I have some ESH for you.    I was sober for 3 years.  I was very active in service work and meetings and sponsored half the women in San Diego.
Then I got a job, ut oh!  Gone went the meetings, service work, and sponsees.  I stopped praying and being nice to people.  I had the affair not my husband.  Feelings of guilt I drank.  My husband and I thought if we drank together it would save our marriage. We had a blast for about 2 days.  Well, today is 10 years later.  We have been divorced for 9 of it and I have been drunk for most of it except for the last 4 months.  You are not alone.  Just remember you and I have something special, we already know H.O.W. it works, we have to just do it!!  You';ll be fine.  Just pick up the tools and use them and work at it One Day At A Time!  Bless you!

It's the relationships that get them every time. My Mother (32 years sober) likes to say "Underneath every skirt there's a slip". I'm glad you're both back.

Allison, can I be really cheeky, can I copy ure addy too.  Im new in sobriety after 4 years and although I go to meetings, when I get home I am on my own, trying to deal with everything.
