I went through the same phase last year! I started adding esports into my routine as something to look forward to after gym sessions. To me, staying active is more about the mental boost than the physical one. I lift weights three times a week, nothing extreme, but it keeps my head clear. Sometimes Ill bike or do a quick HIIT session just to shake off stress.
