so true, phil......i have had some damned unpleasent people come and go and you know???? now i can find the gratitude at having experienced them cuz they made me see things in me that either i progressed on...or need work on.......it still benefits me......thank you for reminding me ofmy gratitude list needing regular workouts......hugs/ rosie
