It's me, Christine.  Otherwise, known as Catherine.  I just redid my my account so I would be honest with everyone. 

Somehow, the truth always sets you free, huh?

CAM is my initials & I also use this this acronym when in the chatroom.  I go by Cam0914 (the numbers are my only child's birthday). 

Doll, I read your post & can really relate.  My significant other is a flaming drunk--five years in this relationship & not one step closer to a commitment then in the first year.  I've been learning to detach & lately, it's been working for me.  I have my path to travel & he has his....my HP will take care of the rest.  It's just too much for one person to take on.

I'm staying sober & just taking it one day at a time here.  I have to get to a meeting, but when I'm ready, I will know....until then, I pray for guidance.  I know I can get caught in a rut if i'm not too careful.
