Thank you Larry. I use to be uncomfortable with the NOW because my mind was always on the past or looked ahead to the future never living in the NOW. There was fear on both side of the NOW. This unmanageability in my life got me to drink, drink got me to AA, AA got me to a sponsor, who got me to the steps, that got me in touch with God and I now try to pass that on. By doing this; I'm comfortable in NOW and don't think to much about the past or future.

Wow, I really needed to read this, I never think of the now, its either what I did to get in this situation or what can I do in the future to change it, but never on exactly what I am doing now.

Ah the beauty of the now. This is why the 24 hour period concept is so powerful.

I read it every morning before I start my day...it really helps to kick off my day on a good note.

Read the Post title, and my head responded with, well sometimes the Present does not seem like a "Present"...
Now that I am writing this and the solution was in my view....Take away the fear, asking my HP to help me remove the fear, and will see more clearly that yes, the Present always has a "Present" to it....called "letting go and Letting God"
Pulled right in the day, and out of Projecting in the Future...

I ve been trying to stay mindful and focus on the present too, but sometimes I get restless and need a quick escape. That s when I found luckystar , a casino with special bonuses for players from India. It was a typical grey evening, my mood was at rock bottom, and outside the window it was raining and silent. I wanted to distract myself from the routine and not think about work. I remembered that one of my colleagues had mentioned highflybet casino, so I decided to take a look. And then, somehow, I got sucked in. Everything is convenient, nothing is annoying, the design is stylish, and the interface is such that you don't get lost in the buttons. I just sat there, clicking the mouse, and the feeling of dullness disappeared. I even laughed at myself for letting such little things lift my mood. I didn't expect to find a place where I could so easily switch off my brain and really relax. Now I sometimes open the site in the evening with a cup of tea and every time it helps me recharge.
