HI everyone. I live in Vancouver, and I just found this site. I am in the early days of my sobriety,but I am really loving what AA has to offer, it is helping me through some tough times. I am glad to have found a 24 hour place like this to chat and vent, for times when meetings are not available. Thanks for having me here, I hope to make some great new friends, and to become a friend to some people,too!

Early sobriety is hard but it gets better everyday.  One day at a time.  It is that simple.

Thanks,Ellen!I'm just getting ready to go to my 10 am meeting.I love going, it is something to look forward to on a Sunday morning,instead of being  hungover!!! I have really been enjoying these mornings of feeling good! The drugstore is going to go out of business,because I am no longer buying wheelbarrows full of Tylenol for hangovers! I love making all of these new friends,it seems so much more genuine than all of my old drinking buddies!!

Thankfully though i have places like this that i can come to whenever i need or want.
