Free from that tyrant today. Thank God. I was one of the lucky ones who had the terrible obsession lifted once my ego let me admit defeat which started with simply admitting that I could not do it myself... I needed help. W read "Dr. Bob's Nightmare" at a BB meeting the other day. At the end Bob mentions that he struggled his first 2 1/2 years with his craving for alcohol. I thank God that I was given the release from my obsession so immediately and I hope to never take it for granted. Got to keep it green.
