got caught up with family yesterday and really i didn't feel like being aggravated with this board problem.  the actual problem is this...(pass this on to nic).  i can get on the home page get everything on the home page except for the TECH PROBLEM querry and all message boards.  what happens is i get this page that states:   BAD REQUEST   YOUR BROWSER SENT A REQUEST THAT THIS SERVER COULD NOT UNDERSTAND.   SIZE OF A REQUEST HEADER FIELD EXCEEDS SERVER LIMIT.   COOKIE:(AND A WHOLE SHITLOAD OF #S AND LETTERS)     every other thing on my computer is accessable and have not had a problem but with what i listed above.  hope this claryfies the problem a bit.  interrested in JAVA.  i just can't understand how from clicking from a thread to MAIN PAGE could do this. am i still signed on?  just curious. -------------------------------------------------

please pass on to ellen that the same thing happened to me. a friend of mine advised me to go to 'internet options' and delete all my cookies.  That did work, and I suggest she try the same thing.

Deleting all "temporary internet files" may help. If not, then as always "hit hard with hammer". May not fix the problem but makes you feel a whole lot better. I was speaking to a computer "professional/expert" a few days ago and he was telling me how long it was since he kicked his computer out of the window. I think my mate is mentally ill, but please form your opinion.
