Hey Guys? Ellen has been having problems getting onto the board. She can get to the site ok, but not to the board.

Any hot tips I can pass onto her?

Ide give out her email address, but its not up to me to do that, so Ile just do a relay.

Shes already emailed John, but John hasnt got back to her as yet.

I only know that I also had a very hard time until I loaded the latest Java from the internet.  Maybe she could try that.  Good Luck

What's she running and what's changed since she last got in...cos she's been getting in, yeah? I haven't had to run java files for this site...but maybe? Nah...I don't reckon...

Is she able to access other boards? And what do you mean she can get to the site but can't get in??? She can see it, but can't post? She is not being approved upon sign in?? Is that it? Has she stored an incorrect password in her own comps memory and it is trying to sign her in incorrectly? What error message is she getting?
