Most things I can get on board with, but I can see myself having trouble with this one. I am not an angry person, and don't get angry often, but sometimes I do get angry. I have never thought the feeling to be unhealthy, unless it becomes an obsessive resentment. Do others have issues with this?

I think we are all going to "get" angry at times, it is a normal human emotion, one of those God-given instincts. Someone hurts your child... angry? You bet!!!
But we have to learn how to not hang onto anger, other than momentarily.
Someone in the rooms said it like this:
A. Someone punches you right now. "Ouch, why did you hit me!!!???????"
B. Someone punched you a YEAR ago. "Remember... you hit me last year!!!!!!"
The latter is when anger has outlasted it's instinctual purpose, and is what we call resentment, which literally, means to "re-feel".
This is how I see it, and subject to others' opinions.
