Glad you're here and look forward to sharing life with you. I'm downunder in sunny Australia (or Orstrailya as my mates in the Queens backyard pronounce it.) Life is good and I live a simple and contented life in the bush amidst my two and four legged mates, so I try to pop in often, as the online meetings are important to me. There is no face2face meetings in our lil corner of the world, so whatever you bring in and share is very appreciated by me (and another alkie mate who lives out here and looks over my shoulder )
I have come to really enjoy this madcap group and figure you'll find us all good value. We like a laugh and I just love it when folks give me stuff to cheer about! As odd as it sounds, I often wander about the farm smiling and thinking,
"Good on ya, Phil/Cabbagehead/Stan/Amanda/Rick/etc./etc.!!!!!"
It's good to know others are kicking sobriety goals, and that we are all just giving living a good go. Sometimes it's not easy, but we are all here - doing it, and that in itself is encouraging. It's great to know we really are never alone.
