Hi my name is chris and I am an alcoholic. I am new back to AA, and really need make it work this time. I started a new business that has great potential to change my life around. I quickly found out that my new business,my family and my health won't be around very long if I don't sober up. I am giving 100% to my new business www.tccoyle.moretimenow.net and welcome anybody who wants to join me. Also feedback...good or bad, is welcome and especially any success stories comming from any type of venture like this. The positive motivation that I am encountering is tremdous and will help in my journey in AA as well!!
Looks like another Multi Level Marketing "scam" to me.
Chris you must a busy bee at the moment posting your message on every bulletin board you can find. Be a good bee and buzz off.
If you genuinely want to chat you are more than welcome, but this is not a place for your type of advertising spam.

huh? I guess I missed it. well, I assume it was about saying that stan has a negative attitude... oh, well,,,, can't agree with everybody 100% of the time. I hope stan enjoys the time in Italy.
oh... to the subject of tccoyle... I would just say at this point that this is a site for recovery topics and our other aspects of life are for other sites. You are welcome to participate on this board as relates to recovery from alcoholism... but we don't get involved in other things as part of our Traditions.
love in recovery,
amanda

Welcome to the board Chris.
I'll be honest - I haven't checked your link. I wish you well though, with whatever helps you stay sober and assists with turning your world around.
We have a tradition that encourages "no opinion on outside issues".. a principle that helps us keep focussed on AA and staying sober. I'm sure you are not the first member to arrive with tupperware catalouges or the like, and your enthusiasm for your new job/interest is good if it helps you. Whatever works, works.
I hope it proves successful for you.
Nah Rick - you haven't got under my skin! I'm not an easy person to offend. I enjoy a good debate and am not shy when it comes to a good convo (as you've probably already gathered...) I realise my directness can sometimes be misinterpreted (my father in law wouldn't speak to me for six months because I poked my tongue out and did the chucky thing at his idea) but I will always answer honestly and I respect those who speak their own truth. Folks don't have to agree with me to earn my respect, they only need to stand true to themselves.
Speaking of which - Amanda's previous comments... mmm...you missed it, Amanda?
Denial is the basis of our disease. Snap out of it. And whether you want to accept it or not, this suggestion is made with more love behind it than you may possibly understand right now. As a fellow member of AA, I won't simply stand by and let you get away with that. Missed it my arse... Crikey, Next you'll be suggesting I'm not your friend or something.
