Must Say, I am Soooo Tired today. I think the whole month of December has caught up with me Today! Pooped! Practicing H.A.L.T. all day today. Have a few sniffles to treat with some potato soup, and broth. Munching on crackers to settle my tum. (Everybody had the flu bug around me BEFORE Christmas). Anyway, prep for the Holidays, puts recovery on back burner, and I do not like it. Seems like a daily job to keep that self-esteem, self-care, self respect afloat, Will be back when I am rested up--trouble is--we are hosting New Year's Day dinner! Yikes! I think I still miss the Old Board.

Glad you're back, Sal... Hope that Santa was good to you. Don't forget the hot tea w/honey & lemon. It's so yummy when you're feeling under the weather.
I had my little family over from the 23rd till the 27th and a good time was had by all, without any alcohol.
Give yourself lots of TLC and may you be well and chipper very soon.
