As the snowflakes fall silently into the night
I open the door, and oh what a sight
Out on the roadway traffic comes to a halt
Waiting for sanders to distribute the salt
Where are they? Where are they?
I shout out my plea
Theyre all in Tim Hortons
drinking coffee and tea.
Slip slidin away, slip slidin away
As we all go sideways down the highway.
Shutting the cars off
Closing the door
Off go the phones
Setting boots on the floor
Into my bed where its snuggly and safe
Wake me up in the Spring
Its either that or
DW!!!! Where the "H" is my plane ticket?????
Im gettin too old for this sheet.. (Smile)
Have a good night guys.

My sympathies from sunny Florida, Phil!
Sorry about that
I spent 30 years in the north & oh my goodness, I remember it all so well
Move south, Phil--U won't regret it.
