Anxiety for Leavetherest

Leavetherest, thus is Bunchie I still get anxiety it is just normal anxious moments, not overwhelming like when I was drinking . I think the exercise and sleeping are helping plus I took the summer off from my part time job which prevented me from getting any sleep. I think anxiety affects everyone but being sober helps me deal with it so much easier. I have bills up the arse , I owe the IRS and I just dealt with them 2 days ago, I should of done that along time ago. My short time 13 days sober , gave me the mental health to dea my responsibilities. The IRS was preety cool I got put on a payment plan , should of called a long time ago. Such is life as a drunk shirking responsibilities and living a life of lies, mainly to myself. God Bless, Bunchie

Awwww.....thank you so very much, Bunchie. Here you are, new on this board, and already helping me. (And probably others...:)

Appreciate you sharing that with me. And IRS stuff is enough to cause even the most sober of us to get anxiety......glad you got things worked out with them. You are living proof that staying sober and having a great attitude can get us through the some really rough patches. Thanks again!
