Dear Friends, I finally started to get some medical help with my daily anxiety attacks, plus bad diarrhea as a symptom of the anxiety attacks, severe depression, chronic fatigue, and my respiratory system being so bad. I was in the hospital for 3 days just a few weeks ago. It appears that most everything I am going through physically is related to my having "end stage COPD" (as was the diagnosis). Severe weight loss is also an issue. So, to say the least I'm not at the top of my game by any means.

But I am not under the grass yet either. With the medications I am getting for the depression and COPD, the anxiety attacks have pretty much disappeared, and with it the horrible symptoms that came with it daily for over 2 years now. I have NOT experienced an anxiety attack in about 10 days now. Not even just a high anxiety level that would put the red flag up that an attack was forthcoming. So, that in and of itself helps my respiratory system greatly, because also with the anxiety attacks was hyperventilation that was so bad, it trigger all the COPD stuff into play, until I was literally grasping desperately for air. They say that my blood is oxygenated in normal ranges, so I am not so bad that I need oxygen ...yet......

I am still working, and able to get things done in a timely manner. I pressure wash and paint for a living. I do pace myself a little as I work. I have to because those days of running wide open, full blast every day, like I have for many years is now over. I don't need to pressure wash all of Wilmington today, i can slow down, breath, smile and do just one or two today.

:)
