In need of a sponsor.

I am looking for an online sponsor, even if it is a temporary sponsor. Of course id much rather have one I could meet with face to face but at the moment I don't feel like that is much of an option. I recently moved back to my hometown and relapsed a few months ago. The closest real recovery is over an hour away & I also travel for work often. I just know how much working the steps has changed my life for the better:) I am willing to put in the work, if I could only find someone to work with me. I don't know if an online sponsor is what's best for me but it has to be better than what I have now.

Welcome to the discussion forum, MK. I'm glad you're keeping at recovery.  It's worth it.

If no one here can be your online sponsor, you might try going to The e-AA Group.

They have some online sponsorship program going on over there.

Also, you might consider some online meetings. There are several daily at:

http://aaonline.net

Meetings always help in staying sober.
