I don't 'always' post these Sunrise quotes, but this one caught my eye because I remember, 'all too well', the 'energy robbing effect' alcohol had on me ... especially in the later years ... it gave me this 'don't ask me to do anything cause I don't care' attitude ... at the end of my drinking career, I could 'barely' walk out the house to go to the mailbox ...
